Check Out: Airtel to offer free 4G data for one year

Yes, you heard that right. Airtel, the largest telecom firm in the country is trying to slam the Reliance Jio in the Indian market. Reliance Jio is the only network till date that offered a six months free 4G data with unlimited access to its customers. According to Ambani’s there plan is to make Jio the most used network and also building their brand into the largest network provider in the country. And so, many telecom companies like Airtel, Idea, Aircel, Uninor started thinking or reconsidering their data packs.

As a part of its reconsideration of its data packs, Airtel announced a free 4G data pack for one year. Under this pack, the customers belonging to Airtel should opt out this pack between 4th January 2017 and 28th February 2017. Airtel, the largest telecom operator in our country is going to offer its customers 3GB of 4G network data every consecutive month until the end of December 2017 on only certain prepaid and postpaid plans.

However, Reliance Jio has raked in over five crore customers into its network by luring the Indian 4G handset users with attractive free offers which actually worth thousands of rupees to the users. As a part of its introductory offer, Reliance Jio will be getting free 4G data until 31st March 2017. To rival this unstoppable Jio, Airtel and other telecom networks like Idea and Vodafone started cutting down their prices but gone in vain.

According to the officials belonging to Airtel, customers who are interested in this special offer need to activate this plan on any day between 4th January and 28th February 2017. Under this pack, Airtel will offer 3GB of 4G data every month up to 12 months. This offer can be availed by the new and existing customers who are upgrading to a 4G handset.
